The Act

The Act game was really an unique game. It is a laserdisc style game expect it uses computer not laserdisc player. It was made by short lived company Cecropia which closed in 2008. You play this game by guding a guy named Edgar, a window washer, using just one large knob. You control his action by turning the knob left or right howver much you turn it. For example in one early scene in the bar you would turn knob right to get him to flirt a woman named Sylvia, a nurse, and turn knob left to make him lose interest in her. It's rather easy to play but I noticed some people had trouble playing it but I guess it was just me since when I first heard of this game I got very fascinated in it. I read everything I could about it, read the forum what people said about it so because of that I understood how to play it from the start. It still reqires practice to be able to beat this game. I have beat this game many time and I still like to play this game very much. It was unfortunate that this game was never widespread so only few units exist. I took the video of this game.
