On Thursday, I arrived at Convention Center early just to hang around and check things out. Some people are still setting things up. Normally FanimeCon don't start until tomorrow but we can come here today to line up for preregistration ticket pickup. Later on I join the people in the line. After the while I saw a guy from my local college. He let me cut in front of him (thanks man!). We chatted while we waited to pick up the tickets but then they had to go home after that. I felt bit hungry and went to the nearby Chinese fast food place called Asian Gourment Express on 1st Street that I saw on ads left on the tables at FanimeCon. It was good dinner. Nothing special. I went back to game room where they had swamp meet where people sell their used stuff. It was chaos and it was my favorite part of the day. I had fun hunting for cheap items. I brought 4 items: 3 manga and 1 DVD. 2 volumes of Trigun and 12th volume of Claymore and Howl's Moving Castle DVD. I looked around for a while before leaving at about just before 10PM

Next day on Friday, I arrived at FanimeCon at exactly 9AM. I went around taking pictures of cosplayers and I played Super Mario 3 on NES in the game room. I have not played that game system for ages!

I waited in the video room for Jungle Emperor Leo 2009 movie which starts at 10AM. After that I watched the film Summer Days with Coo. It was about a family who adopted a kappa. It was an interesting film. After that I watched the first 5 episodes of Slayers Revolution. I liked it so much that after FanimeCon was over I ordered both seasons of Slayers Revolution. Later on I went to the Arist Room to look around. I did see one art that I liked. It was a artwork of Raven from Teen Titans. She was very hot but I decided to wait and come back for it later after I have looked around some more. I went to the dealer room but I didn't see anything I wanted so I went back to the artist room and brought that artwork. I took the bus back home to drop it off and made my dinner at home to save my money. Once I went back, I took some more pictures of cosplayers and went to watch the first 5 episodes of Lupid the 3rd at 6PM, after that I went straight to game room for second night of swap meet. This time I only brought a Dreamcast game and a manga but I did grab a handful of free VHS! I almost had all volumes of Tenchi in Tokyo VHS! Only one volume missing! I watched the speed run of Super Mario Bros in the game room but it sucked! I thought they would be going to play all the way to the end but they are only doing first 2 levels! I only watched for a few mins and got bored and their skills are average, not worth watching. I left and went to the video room and watched first 2 episodes of Strike Witches. It was almost like watching child porn. Sure they are about 15 years old girls with no pants fighting the invading aliens but they look younger than that. Ah oh well whatever.

On Saturday orinally I planned to arrive by 6AM to watch Galaxy Express 999 movie but I overslept a bit so I arrived by 8am to watch Bambo Blade instead. After that I watched Nyan Koi!, the anime about a guy, Junpei Kosaka, who has an allergy to cats but one day walking home from school he kicks a can and accidentally broke the local nekojizo-sama. As a result he found that he could understand what cats were saying however if he does not grant 100 wishes to cats, he will turn into a cat himself and suffer a death from his own allergy. It was a good anime with a good story. I plan to watch more of it later on. Next I watched the awesome movie, Lupin III v Detective Conan. I planned to watch it last year but forgot about it. Well since my next planned video viewing is at 10PM so I have lots of time in between to do something else. Unfortunately I don't really remember what I did during those times but I know I did take pictures of cosplayers and browsed the artist room and the dealer room and of course ate dinner at that Chinese fast food place. But I do remember watching some videos. The next one I watched was Origin: Spirits of the past. I did plan to watch Urusei Yatsura at 10PM but I decided to go home early to get enough sleep so I could stay up all night on Sunday. ( I kind of regretted it later on. You can read about it below)

Woke up early on Sunday morning to watch Spriggan at 8am then 5 Centimeters Per Second at 10am (I found it a ok show but I didn't really like it) and then more of Slayers Revolution (episode 7 and 8) at noon and a bit later I watched Lupin III: The Last Job at 3PM. I planned to watch Street Fighter II: The animated Movie at 6PM but it was dubbed and not subtitled! Since I am deaf I cannot watch it without subtitles. So I skipped it and took more cosplay pictures while I waited for a show at 10PM to start. It was very hilarious anime comdey, B Gata H Kei, an anime about a high school girl who wants to have 100 fuck buddies but since she is a virgin she wants to find a boy whose she wants to break her virgin with.

It's now Monday and I'm still here since I'm staying here all night. Right after I finished watching B Gata H Kei, I went straight to the line to get in hentai night screening. I only plan to watch for a bit while I wait for my next anime show to start at about 1:30AM. Unfortunately I couldn really enjoy it because it just bunch of hentai music videos with bunch of hentai clips edited together with music added. So I can't really watch it. But I stayed there for a while hoping that music videos part would be over soon but nope it was almost time for Bastard!!, my next show, to start so I left. Bastard!! was ok, not really my type of show. It was about half way through the show when I started to feel tired but I forced myself to stay awake. I was able to watch the whole thing and kept on watching Ranma 1/2 but I didn't finish first episode when I couldn't force myself to stay awake so I went outside in the hall and walked around in an effort to keep awake. I kept walking around until 6AM to watch Working!! It was a ok anime in my option, nothing special. Again I had hard time staying awake due to dark room making me want to go to sleep. Since the sun had started to go up I found a place where nobody are with a large window and I found a chair there and I sat there staring at the sun light in an effort to "recharge" my eyes. After that I decided to check out Cyborg 009 that was already playing but nope I felt asleep and I tried to go to sleep for a while but the staff there woke me up and told me it's against the rule to sleep at Fanime. Bastard. I tried my very best to stay wake and I was only able to watch first episode of Space Battleship Yamato before I gave up and decided to go home. I will not try to stay up all night ever again. I finished watching all Slayers Revolution when I got the DVD.
